Stop Listening To The World! God Calls You His Daughter!

Let’s stop believing the lies and start believing the promises of God.

Do you want to have a true relationship with God but you’re afraid?

So many of us feel that we’re simply not good enough for God to love us. We spend too much time listening to others tell us that we’re not good enough to be saved. So many of us struggle with things alone because we think we are alone. We turn to things in the world to try and ease our suffering and heartache. Often, we try to ‘get better’ before we turn to Jesus.

Some, like me, give up trying to be perfect and become angry with God. I’m here to tell you, that God already knows you’re not perfect. He also knows that you never will be. However, He loves you anyway and does not want any of us to perish.
2 Peter 3:9

The Lord uses people who are not perfect!

Moses was a murderer and couldn’t speak well. Yet, God used him to save His people.
Exodus 2:11-15, Exodus 4:10

God considers David a man after His own heart. Yet, David was a murderer and adulterer.
2 Samuel 11, Acts 13:22

Jesus trusted Peter even after Peter denied Him 3 times
Luke 22:54-62, John 21:17

You don’t have to be exceptional to be accepted by God.

Let’s not forget the sinful woman saved by Jesus. They didn’t even give her name and she didn’t do anything that seemed spectacular. However, she washed the Lord’s feet with her tears in her broken state and anointed them with perfume. Her sins were forgiven.
Luke 7:36-50

And the best part of all. With all of your sins, Jesus will still forgive you. When He was on the cross, one criminal mocked Him, but the other defended Him. Jesus saved the second criminal.
Luke 23:39-42

What’s this all about?

My name is Kim and I’m a single mom working full time. I used to be afraid of God. So afraid that I was downright angry and defiant. I was never taught that He truly loved us. I had head knowledge about the sacrifice and resurrection, but no real understanding. It wasn’t until I understood the true love of God, that I realized I didn’t have to work to become perfect. I just needed to believe in Him and trust in Him completely. I’d like to help you understand this also.
